Community Donation & Sponsorship

The RGC team lives within the communities in which we serve and operate. Undoubtedly this creates a very genuine connection with our community and a desire to assist where we can, often our sponsorship is in support to of a community initiative that is held dearly to one of our team members on a personal level. Alternatively, there are times where there may not be the personal association, but we recognise the positive impact the initiative can provide in the community. The exercise of giving is rewarding to all of our RGC team however on the flip-side, commercial constraints and prioritising  which community initiatives will be the recipients of donation and sponsorship support can be difficult.

In addition, as a business we proactively support and accommodate in-kind hours by our RGC employee, volunteering their time to various community organisations such as community Sport Coaching, Church Support Groups, Child Cancer, Youth Mentoring etc
