Brent has over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry with a proven track record of significant leadership roles – Including General Managers roles of the Brian Perry Civil, Fletcher South Pacific & McConnell Dowell South Pacific businesses over the last circa 15 years before taking an Ownership / Director role at RGC.
His career started with a very practical, ‘hands-on’ bent as a Registered Drainlayer and Machine Operator, adding Engineering and B.Com qualifications in parallel to transitioning into Project Leadership roles early in his career. General Management roles following. Brent is as comfortable in the boardroom as he is in a site meeting & most enjoys working with the teams to provide maximum customer value.
