A seasoned specialist in the brick and block laying trade, Ricky has played a key role in the successful delivery of many major projects. He has been with RGC (as part of its forerunner, Bill Grace Ltd) since 2012. Ricky is an outstanding manager of construction logistics, very well planned and able to respond with much flexibility as master programme constraints often require.. He is extremely well respected in the construction industry. Starting as a brickies’ laborer, Ricky became an apprentice before moving to Billy Grace Block layers Ltd in 1989. After obtaining his brick and block laying qualification he headed overseas, returning to New Zealand (and Bill Grace) in 1993. Eventually Ricky’s hands-on experience was put to good use in management when he became the company’s Operations Manager, running all sites and all teams. He was instrumental the successful merger of the Bill Grace Block layers into RGC and its continuing success.
