Piling
RGC delivers residential and commercial piling, specifically concrete bored piles ranging from 300mm to 750mm in diameter. Primarily, our piling capability had been grown to respond and provide integrated solutions to ground conditions beneath our concrete slabs, in addition we now provide small diameter bored piling as a standalone offering. We construct utilising excavator-mounted pendulum.
Earthworks
Our earthworks expertise covers residential and commercial excavations, aggregate supply and compaction, and environmental management. We specialise in challenging locations, particularly tight, limited access locations where excavation and movement of spoil material is difficult such as residential pools and basement excavations. Drainage
RGC provide residential stormwater and sewer pipelaying services, skilled in drainage associated to residential additions and refurbishments on those challenging limited access properties. Excavating often adjacent to features that require protection and delicate operations in their vicinity, coupled with our civil and concrete works expert teams we will ensure the reinstatement of your property is done respectfully and to the highest standards.
Shotcrete
RGC specialises in shotcrete applications, delivering high-velocity sprayed concrete, primarily for structural repairs, and ground support in retaining wall application, commonly in contiguous and secant piled retaining walls. In conjunction with RGC’s Brick and Block division shotcreting is used in the new construction of masonry pools for our clients. The teams expertise ensures durable, erosion-resistant solutions for complex shapes, reinforced with steel or fibers for enhanced strength and longevity.
Grouting
RGC specialises in high pressure grouting, in broad applications including of drossbach ducts grouting. Also large volume block and void filling with flowable grout.
