Alf has been with RGC since its inception in 2011. Previously leading the Pumping and Cutting Divisions, Alf transitioned into RGC’s Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) leadership and ultimately into the OHS Manager role in 2018 . Alf is intrinsically motivated to do everything to keep our people safe and healthy in their place of work and was integral RGC’s ISO45001 Accreditation with Telarc 2018. Whilst OHS leadership is a responsibility of us all, undoubtedly Alf’s personal contribution and effectiveness in building a mature, sustainlable OHS culture within our operation is significant. Alf’s energy is boundless.
