With over 30 years’ experience in site works and construction, Allan knows the concrete industry inside out. His in-depth understanding of what needs to happen on site is a real commercial asset to our customers. Allan entered the sector in 1983 as a paver with Aotea Paving. During this time, he started learning the site works and excavation side of the industry. In 1985 AJ Russell Bricklayers purchased Aotea Paving, becoming AJ Russell Bricklayers Ltd & Aotea Paving. As Allan’s experience grew, so did his responsibilities within the company, moving from Site Works Foreman to Supervisor and then into management by 2005. After a stint as Earthworks Manager for Whangarei Moxi Hire Ltd, he returned to RGC in February 2017 and is a key contributor within our Concrete & Civils Division
